About
Angelina “Strike” Stephens knows military life from both sides of the uniform. A veteran of two decades of active duty service and the spouse of an actively serving Air Force member, she has lived the weight of service and sacrifice firsthand. Strike works as a keynote speaker, veteran advocate, and leadership coach, who is also mom to two military kids, two military dogs, and three horses about to survive their first military move. Her lived experience drives her fiercely personal commitment to mental health advocacy, work she began publicly when she shared her own experience with suicidal ideation in 2021. Since then, she has led cross-functional mental health coalitions bridging DoD, veteran, and family communities, chaired the Department of the Air Force’s first-ever force-wide Mental Health, Wellness and Resilience team, and co-founded a 500-member nonprofit to dismantle barriers to care. Strike is a 2025 George W. Bush Stand-To Veteran Leadership Scholar, continuing her mission to transform the ecosystem supporting those who serve.
