From the Executive Producer of The Shield & S.W.A.T. comes The Night Agent, a political thriller about a vigilant FBI agent who, while monitoring an emergency line, answers a call that plunges him into a deadly conspiracy involving a mole at the White House.

“Have you ever heard of Night Action? I want you to answer the phone for them. It rarely rings.”

A pair of undercover operatives uncover a Russian conspiracy in the White House and manage to dispatch their niece, Rose Larkin (Luciane Buchanan), to call in to the emergency line, which Peter Sutherland (Gabriel Basso) is enlisted to monitor. The president’s chief-of-staff Diane Farr (Hong Chau) directs Peter to protect Rose. “If she called your number, this is more important than you can imagine.”

The more Peter discovers, the more dangerous his mission to protect Rose becomes. The pair discover potential terrorist attacks, assassination attempts, and corruption at the highest level of the United States government.

With rave reviews from The Guardian (“this twisty political thriller is slicker than slick”) and The New York Times (“it carries hard-core fans of the genre”), The Night Agent looks like a fun ride for fans of conspiracy thrillers and action.

The 10-episode series is out now only on Netflix.
